Beth Weems Bradley’s practice primarily focuses on probate matters, including estate planning, administering both complex and simple estates and trusts, and addressing the needs of the disabled through guardianships and conservatorships.
She is often appointed by the Courts as a guardian ad litem, conducting investigations and filing reports with recommendations regarding the best interests of disabled individuals and minors. Serving frequently as a substitute judge in Probate Court, Beth Weems Bradley has been a long-standing member of the American Bar Association.
Ms. Bradley has been recognized by Mid-South Super Lawyers in the areas of Estate and Probate since 2014. She also has also been listed in The Best Lawyers® in America publication regarding Trusts and Estates from 2016 to present. Bradley frequently lectures for the Memphis Bar Association and other organizations on probate-related matters.
Ms. Bradley is one of three attorneys selected to represent Memphis on the state-wide Tennessee Probate Study Group which is tasked with reviewing and preparing probate-related legislature. She was also selected by the Probate Court Judges to work with a small group of other practitioners to re-write the Local Rules for the Probate Court of Shelby County, Tennessee. Bradley also served as the Section Representative for the Wills & Probate Section on the Board of Directors for the Memphis Bar Association. She is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association.
